Are you a parent/guardian struggling to help your child or adolescent? You may feel helpless and isolated if your child is experiencing behavioral or emotional difficulties. I can help you by working with your child from a developmentally appropriate approach.

 

I also aim to help clients of all ages through the uncomfortable and often painful process of making life changes and better understanding themselves. Many of my clients struggle with trauma that has stuck them in a cycle. I am here to help clients navigate through difficult feelings, relationships, and/or experiences and develop ways to live healthier, happier lifestyles.

I use play, sand, bibliotherapy, and art techniques for children. I am pursuing a registered play therapist certification. I use talk therapy via person-centered and solution-focused therapy for older children and adults. Additionally, I obtained EMDR training and I'm Autplay certified.

 

I am dedicated to fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment and working with each individual to develop a customized plan to improve quality of life, emotional wellness, and relationships with an integrative approach rooted in honest acceptance. You do not have to face challenges alone!
